Now in early testing
Trace3D is in early testing. Reach out to join the pilot and try it on your own models.
Trace3D
PilotOne place to combine and check your project’s BIM models.
Architects, structural and MEP engineers each send their own model. Trace3D joins them into one building, so you can ask the hard questions no single model can answer, check it against the code*, and find clashes before they reach site.
- Combine the models you already get. Bring them in from IFC or Revit.
- Go beyond clash detection. Checks how the building is connected, not just where shapes touch.
- Ask anything, in plain words. Powered by LLM.
- Check against codes and guidelines.* Run building codes and your own design guidelines clause by clause, and classify every element type to the authority’s standard.
* Code checks are coming soon.
2 clashes between the MEP and structural models on Level 02.
Checked across 1,284 MEP elements and 412 structural elements.
14 of 212 doors have no fire rating in the architectural model.
Door type D-SGL-0910 accounts for 9 of the 14, so fixing one type fixes most of them.
3 rooms on Level 03 have no supply diffuser inside them.
Rooms come from the architectural model; diffusers and ducts come from the MEP model.
